Responsibilites
  • Drive sales growth by developing effective strategies and managing the sales
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team while building strong client.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to understand trends and improve positioning.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead conversion.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, build customer relationships, and drive performance.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion rates and achieving revenue goals.
